Classes

We teach 25 different classes in a 6 month repeating cycle.

All classes are included in the $60 office visit charge.

Our lifestyle classes will lay the foundation for lifelong weight management!!

Drug therapy alone will not guarantee long-term success but must be coupled with a sensible nutrition and exercise program.  We do not teach our clients to diet because DIETS DON'T WORK.  Rather than dieting, we will teach you simple lifestyle changes that you can use everyday for the rest of you life.   Without proper lifestyle changes, you risk regaining all your weight back.  With your weight loss comes a responsibility to maintain it by eating right and exercising.  The choice is yours.  Choose the long-term solution and not the short term quick fix.  Come to class and

CHOOSE TO SUCCEED!!

Our exercise classes are very basic beginning exercise class designed to be a starting point.  To help encourage, physical activities in a fun environment.

One on One Personal training program is available
by appointment with Kris Hankins.
